Barking up the right heart: Vets Beyond Borders veterinarian joins paws with the Animal Balance team as they work with the local authorities to organize community-based sterilization programs for cats and dogs. Oscar's vets Beyond Borders veterinarian helps out with sterilizations while Oscar takes his Woof Welfare and 'Do Adopt a Dog'message to one of Animal Balance's public education campaigns for a day which is directly aimed at teaching the locals how to humanely care for their pets. Pooch product for everyone that listens!
